Our founder, Hardeep Kaur Rai (R709790) is a trusted Member of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), and leads our team with unparalleled knowledge and commitment. She is also a Licensed Paralegal with the Law Society of Ontario, and a Notary Public, and Commissioner of Oaths. Specializing in Canadian immigration applications to the Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and representing clients at the Immigration Refugee Board (IRB), Hardeep has expertise in handling diverse cases, including Refugee Protection Claims, Judicial Review, Immigration Appeals, Humanitarian and Compassionate Grounds Applications, Restoration Applications, Spousal Sponsorships, Super Visa, Parent-Grandparent Program, Permanent Residency, and more.
